Debs Newman

Debs is a very local, self-taught artist, illustrating scenes on-the-go in pen, or pen and watercolour; and doing more detailed oil or pastel paintings in the ‘bothy’ in her garden. Debs lived in South Queensferry for 15 years (before recently moving to nearby Winchburgh) – and so the Forth Bridge and SQ feature a lot in her work, as do other scenes in Scotland and places further afield that she has visited or called home.
