Isla was born in the Heart of Scotland, raised on a wee farm in the middle of nowhere, now armed with a paint brush she is capturing what is on her doorstep in Bonnie Scotland one stroke at a time. In 2024 she started to paint using oils in the traditional manner and sold her first art work, she has had successful exhibitions at Aberdeen Art Fair, Edinburgh Art Fair, The Electric Brae Gallery and has helped out charities such at St Columba’s selling her art work to raise funds all in 2025
